Environmental Literacy Specialist

This position will develop grade-level specific, cross curricular activities alongside collaborative community partners to create an integrative Environmental Literacy Plan (ELP) for the Worcester County Public School (WCPS) system, run environmental afterschool programs at the County’s Title One elementary schools, and provide ongoing support for Title One families through familiy event nights. The specialist will also provide support for environmental education activities both for WCPS and MCBP.  We are seeking a highly motivated, independent individual with a background in education, prior environmental knowledge, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
