Summary
Qualifications/Skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Google Apps, and proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to manage and lead multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously and with little supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents.
- 5+ years of relevant job work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (with an emphasis on writing and proofreading).
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks on a daily basis including but not limited to:
- Able to write/type/communicate.
- Able to sit/stand at a desk for up to 8 hours.
- Primarily based at Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools with potential meetings/interactions/work on all campus locations.
Responsibilities:
Development Data Management (20%):
- Manage and maintain Teton Science Schools’ donor database.
- Collaborate with other TSS Salesforce users to create ongoing reports.
- Manage accurate Development dashboards.
- Create and pull reports/mailings/appeals.
- Assist with data entry and management.
Donor Stewardship (20%):
- Ensure meaningful donor touchpoints.
- Create reports to steward key donor projects.
- Manage and track stewardship processes for donations.
Foundations and Grants Management (20%):
- Project lead all grant reporting across TSS.
- Actively manage calendar and Salesforce for reporting on grants.
- Identify and develop leads for new foundations relationships and grant opportunities.
Development Operations Management (20%):
- Lead development operations including managing trainings, system management, and database management.
- Manage fundraising and team calendar.
- Support management of external consultants.
- Oversee restricted and endowment giving program.
Events and Campaigns Management (10%):
- Lead for events contractor for specific events.
- Support creation of fundraising details for events.
- Implement staffing strategies.
- Support creation and implementation of appeals and marketing collateral for Development campaigns.
Administrative Assistant (5%):
- Support the administrative needs of front line fundraisers and Chief Philanthropy Officer.
- Qualify prospective donors.
- Maintain strong moves management system among annual funds.
One TSS Responsibilities (5%):
- Proactively share the TSS mission and program structure with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to inclusive work and learning environments.
