Summary
As a growing nonprofit organization, Wild Bear is seeking a Development Director to achieve Wild Bear Nature Center’s annual operational fundraising goals.
The Development Director will assess fundraising opportunities and play a lead role in strategy development, conceiving, planning, implementing, and fundraising for Wild Bear’s current/future operations expense campaigns. This position manages one direct report – the Development Coordinator.

Compensation Information
Compensation and Benefits
This position is part-time, (25-30 hours per week) with a salary of $29/hr., and a hybrid schedule of 2 days on-site/week, with the option to work the balance of hours remotely. Wild Bear offers paid time off accrued monthly at 80 hours/year, 80 hours/year of personal time, and we observe 11 paid holidays annually. We provide up to $150/month health stipend, and an option to join a Kaiser Permanente plan. Wild Bear offers a 401K retirement plan option, and a 50% off childcare benefit for our programs.
