As a key leader, you will be responsible for directing programming and managing emerging professionals. You will also tackle various behind-the-scenes tasks to support your programs, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail both independently and as part of a team. By exhibiting positivity, empathy, and a growth mindset, you’ll have the chance to mentor and inspire the next generation of Environmental Educators while also creating positive experiences for our summer campers.

Summary

The Fellowship Managers actively support the Environmental Education Fellowship Program, a one year training programming beginning each August.
During the summer, the Fellowship and Summer Camp Co-Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of summer camp programs including the management of camp staff, coordinating activities, communicating with parents, and handling other administrative tasks.

Compensation Information

Starting Annual Salary: $38,000-$41,000
