Earth Force is searching for a leader who believes young people should help shape the environmental decisions that affect their lives, and who can build the funding and relationships that make that possible.

The new Chief Executive, External Affairs will lead fundraising and revenue strategy, represent Earth Force with funders, district leaders, and partners, and oversee organizational finances and operations.

Summary

The Chief Executive, External Affairs joins a Chief Executive, Programs already in place as a full partner, together holding executive responsibility for Earth Force's direction, performance, and mission fulfillment. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive, External Affairs takes primary ownership of revenue strategy, development, and external representation, while sharing joint accountability with the Chief Executive, Programs for organizational strategy, culture, and the health of the organization.

Compensation Information

Salary $90,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience; benefits include comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, FSA, 401(k) (with employer match), a flexible work schedule, and unlimited, balanced PTO.
