About the Position
We’re seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader to serve as our Environmental Enforcement Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee a team of six enforcement specialists and help protect environmental quality and public health in Maricopa County.
This position requires strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate application of environmental codes, consistent enforcement practices, and well-maintained documentation. You’ll support a collaborative, solutions-oriented team while keeping processes efficient and compliant.

Compensation Information
Anticipated Hiring Range: $80,000 - $86,625 annually
Full Pay Range: $80,000 - $106,500 annually
Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
