DCR manages one of the most diverse state parks systems in the nation and protects and enhances natural resources and outdoor recreational opportunities throughout Massachusetts. Fall River Heritage State Park celebrates the cultural and ecological richness of the city of Fall River, a former textile manufacturing hub and home to a vibrant and diverse community.

The Visitor Services Supervisor connects the public to that legacy by providing interpretive programs and visitor services.

Summary

The DCR system includes over 450,000 acres of parks, forests, water supply protection lands, beaches, lakes, ponds, playgrounds, swimming pools, golf courses, skating rinks, trails and parkways.

The Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks qualified applicants for the positions of Visitor Services Supervisor.

The core responsibility of these positions are to provide programming, historical interpretation and environmental education for the visiting public.
