This new Program Manager role develops and leads the Marine Plastics Ambassador Program, sponsored by SC Johnson. In this dynamic role, you will:
• Spearhead the development and execution of the program, elevating awareness and action on marine plastics issues.
• Be our internal expert consistently showcasing understanding of marine plastics issues and a circular economy framework, utilizing your contacts to drive change.
• Organize impactful events and forge strategic alliances with NGOs, businesses, and local governments.
• Collaborate with the team to design and refine program materials (educational resources, action guides, multimedia content) to amplify EarthEcho’s global outreach.

In this newly created role, you'll lead the Marine Plastics Ambassador Program development and launch beginning in the Great Lakes region of the US and Canada. As the Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in advancing EarthEcho's mission and your leadership will be pivotal in driving the program's success, making a tangible difference in marine conservation efforts and youth engagement worldwide.

How You’ll Create Impact:

  • Develop and manage the annual Marine Plastics Ambassadors work plan and program budget.
  • Build and manage relationships with program sponsors, partners, and conferences representing EarthEcho International at events throughout the US.
  • Following year one, develop and implement measurable strategies to scale the Marine Plastics Ambassador Program in strategic locations around the globe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and cultivate a community of youth advocates.
  • Sharing your deep understanding and passion for solving marine plastic issues.
  • Create Marine Plastics Ambassadors-related content for social media, website, and marketing materials, as needed, in collaboration with EarthEcho’s communications team.
