Do you have excellent grant writing/management skills and are passionate about securing funding support for outdoor nature education and stewardship programs? Are you able to manage multiple projects, while working remotely, under tight deadlines? Nature Nexus Institute is a small, fast-growing non-profit organization dedicated to connecting youth and communities to nature in Los Angeles County. We are looking for a seasoned leader to steward our grant funding needs and manage general operating tasks.

This is a full-time, remote position. Work must be performed in or near Los Angeles County, CA.

Position Summary

The Grants & Operations Director is a full-time, remote position that reports to the Executive Director. The position requires an experienced grant writer with a strong understanding of grant administration processes and general operations/finance/budget management.  The Grants & Operations Director will support Nature Nexus Institute (NNI) program capacity building and funding needs by stewarding foundation, corporate, and government grants to meet our growing organization’s budget requirements.

Compensation Information

Salary range – Full time, remote $75,000 - $80,000
