Summary
Olympic Nature Experience seeks a leader with a background in and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.The ideal candidate will leverage their excellent people and communication skills to develop, build, and maintain strong relationships and engagement with the Board, staff, and community stakeholders in order to advance ONE’smission. Outdoor and Environmental Education experience is a plus. Proven nonprofit management, fundraising, administrative, and fiscal management skills are essential. This person will serve as both the public face of the organization AND will oversee the day-to-day office and administrative functions that result in a smooth workflow.
Compensation:
Hourly wage starting at $33/hr, 35 hours per week
Benefits package of 1/20 Paid time off, professional development stipend starting at $100 yearly
