Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership Seeks its next strategic leader. LNRP is a long-standing and well-respected organization dedicated to cultivating conservation and community “from the ledge to the lakeshore” throughout Wisconsin’s Lakeshore region.

The organization’s next chapter holds opportunities to build on LNRP’s long-standing accomplishments, leverage the experiences and knowledge of a strong staff team, and grow the organization’s impact for long-term sustainability.

Summary

The Executive Director provides organizational leadership and stakeholder engagement to emphasize and increase support for the mission of Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership (LNRP). The Executive Director ensures the organization’s long-term sustainability and programmatic impact along with the success of partner groups within the organization’s administrative umbrella.

The ideal candidate is a visionary, industry thought leader, and relationship-builder who is experienced in working alongside a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as being a seasoned administrator and fundraiser. The Executive Director will develop and lead the organization’s strategic vision in collaboration with the Board of Directors in order to inspire appreciation for natural resources and grow the organization’s conservation impact throughout Wisconsin’s Lakeshore region.

LNRP is celebrating its 20th anniversary as a well-established and highly respected regional nonprofit organization. As the organization navigates this leadership transition, we will face new opportunities for growth and strategic prioritization. We seek a leader who is excited by a challenge and the chance to leverage professional experiences to support the organization’s impactful mission into the future.

 

The Executive Director will focus and expand on LNRP’s existing accomplishments in several key areas:

  1. Strategic visioning focused on the organization’s long-term sustainability.
  2. Fund development focused on relationship-building and diversification of revenue.
  3. Board recruitment and leadership focused on nonprofit governance best practices.
  4. Team leadership focused on relevant nonprofit human resources trends.

Compensation Information

The position will be salaried full-time. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience.
