Summary

Compensation Information
Hourly wage: $28–$30 per hour. The starting rate within this range will be based on directly relevant experience and demonstrated qualifications. SFI reviews compensation annually for performance-based wage increases, and provides an automatic Cost of Living increase on January 1 of each year.
● Healthcare stipend: Monthly healthcare stipend of $200 provided
● Paid time off (PTO): Eight paid holidays per year with additional paid vacation and sick leave. Benefit accrual begins on the first day of work. Details about PTO and other benefits available upon request.
● Optional unpaid leave: The Education Manager may request up to three weeks of unpaid leave per year, scheduled with the Executive Director based on program needs.
● Professional development: Up to 30 hours per year, plus option to attend SFI Field Courses tuition-free as part of paid work.
● Staff discounts: Staff receive a 50% discount on merchandise and lodging.
