Fellows are essential to the function of The Leadership School (TLS) at Kieve Wavus Education. They support the facilitation for all school-year programs and are the primary supporters of TLS. They must learn our EASEL (experiential approach to social-emotional learning) and ES (environmental stewardship) curricula and become comfortable facilitating for a wide range of participants. Fellows are provided campus housing to be the primary supervisors of all residential programs.
