Summary
The Education & Outreach Specialist position works with a team of specialists and is responsible for developing and implementing outreach efforts and educational programming to increase public awareness and understanding of natural resource conservation and to promote Tualatin SWCD’s programs and services.
The Specialist coordinates and delivers workshops, develops and implements outreach plans and initiatives, and creates educational and outreach materials. This is a highly collaborative position, which works closely with other Tualatin SWCD staff, partner organizations, and community members to identify and address education and outreach needs.

Compensation Information
Starting annual salary: $46,122 - $53,040 depending on experience.
Medical and dental insurance are available after 60 days. 100% Tualatin SWCD-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance are available after 180 days. Tualatin SWCD will contribute 5% of the gross earnings per pay period to a 457(b)-retirement plan after 180 days.
