Summary

Trunk Program Coordinator

As the Trunk Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and expanding our impactful trunk programs, ensuring their seamless operation and continuous growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including curriculum development, program creation, inventory control, order placement, delivery coordination, professional development training, budget tracking, and fostering meaningful relationships with new and existing partners. This dynamic position requires a versatile skill set to support the educational initiatives aimed at promoting conservation awareness.

Our existing initiatives encompass the distribution of 150+ educational trunks spanning across the state of Florida, reaching into the educational landscapes of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Our collaborative alliances extend their impact to every coastal school district in Florida, spanning from Citrus County on the West Coast to Flagler County on the East Coast. These strategic partnerships afford us the ability to transcend geographical constraints, empowering our outreach to regions beyond our immediate vicinity. Because of this, applicants should expect ample travel across the state and Southeast region of the U.S. and have the flexibility in their schedule to accommodate such trips.

As we strive for a continually expanding impact, our programs consistently broaden their geographic reach, content offerings, volume, and audience engagement. This evolution underscores the imperative for a dedicated role to meticulously oversee the comprehensive management of our statewide and regional initiatives. This distinguished position carries the imperative of not only sustaining but also fostering the growth of our programs, thereby fortifying our commitment to environmental education and conservation on a broader scale.
