Camp Program Coordinator (Camp Gambill, Year-round)

This is a full-time, year-round position located at Camp Gambill near Paris, Texas.  The Camp Program Coordinator serves as the primary onsite leader of overnight camp experiences, with the goals of developing outdoor leadership skills in girls and providing a positive experience for all visitors. The position reports to the Camp Program Manager and is a member of a team serving four camp properties and developing innovative, dynamic outdoor opportunities for girls in grades K-12. This position generally works Wednesday through Sunday throughout the year (workdays variable according to organization needs) and is expected to reside at camp in shared accommodations for work weekends and summer camp. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
