Summary
Ketcha Outdoors is actively recruiting an experienced preschool director to lead our nature based program for 3-5year olds into it's next chapter. Essential responsibilities include overseeing and managing the operations of a successful nature based preschool, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children to utilize nature as the principal resource for learning. The director will be responsible for all management and supervision of staff, curriculum development and delivery as well as family engagement activities. The Teaching Preschool Director must hold or be working towards an Early Childhood Education degree and have 3 years experience directing a preschool and a passion for and deep commitment to developing early childhood learning experiences in, about and for nature. Compensation Information
Compensation: Salary range between $48,000-$52,000 depending on experience, combined with a comprehensive benefits package.
