Summary
Education Registrar (Part-Time) We are seeking a positive enthusiastic mission-driven professional to set a warm and welcoming tone with our Education Programs. The primary role of this position is to provide a complete cycle of registrar duties. The role requires proficiency in all of Microsoft Office programs and a willingness to learn other software programs. The right candidate will be organized to proactively plan scheduling and registration for programming to include Kids & Family, School & Group, Teens and Adults. You respond to problems and assist clients in a calm, courteous, and helpful manner via phone, email, and in person regarding data entry, billing, and any other opportunities. You have patience and willingness to learn frequently asked answers and questions. You have at least one (1) year of customer service background as the subject matter expert to interact with our guests of all ages. You thrive in a fast-paced environment to efficiently process sales transactions and are comfortable working with computers and points of sales. Our operations run daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, making us one of the few facilities to offer 363 days of activity!

Do you have…
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service?
- One (1) year of administrative functions including scheduling, registration, data entry and billing?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and willingness to learn other software programs for job duties?
- Ability to maintain an inclusive work environment with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills?
- Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions?
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to transport, lift or move items up to 25 pounds without difficulty for short distances.
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors under all environmental conditions and temperatures.
- Ability to consistently speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation, public speaking, and general communication with public audiences.
- Ability to access the organization on foot and/or operate a motorized cart.
- Exceptional visual acuity required, along with the ability to communicate, comprehend and decipher information accurately, using a two-way radio.
- Manual dexterity for standing, reaching, flexibility, and body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling, stoop, bend, lift, kneel, crawl, climb, jump, dig and prolonged standing/sitting.
- Visual and auditory acuity appropriate for animal care, safety and to discern differences for computer screens, documents and/or labels.
- Auditory acuity for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, two-way radio, and face-to-face interactions.

Compensation Information
