Compensation Information
Compensation:

The Mentor position is part-time salaried, non-exempt.

Hourly rates are the equivalent of $20-$24 DOE. Contracts may include a combination of multiple programs.

Staff are paid for planning, field work, overnights, staff training and development, parent communication, meetings, community events and more.
