Reporting to the Executive Director, the Business & Finance Director is responsible for the business and finance components of the nonprofit organization including bookkeeping, human resources, record preparation, budget preparation and tracking, payroll, databases, asset management and security, company policies and procedures, and financial reporting.

Supervisor Title: Executive Director
Hours: Full Time Equivalent (35- hrs/week) M-F, 10am-3pm “office hours” with flexible scheduling options beyond these hours. Some nights and weekends throughout the year.

Compensation Information
Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000

- Full-time position (35+ hours/week) with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year
