Job Summary
Red Butte Garden is seeking a passionate and skilled environmental and science education manager for the School Programs team. We bring botany-based, science education focused on Utah’s science standards (SEEd) to K-12 students and teachers across the state of Utah. Our goal is to connect people with plants and increase scientific literacy while utilizing best practices in science and environmental education.

Summary

Red Butte Garden is seeking a passionate and skilled environmental and science education manager for the School Programs team.  We bring botany-based, science education focused on Utah’s science standards (SEEd) to K-12 students and teachers across the state of Utah. We connect people with plants and increase scientific literacy while utilizing best practices in science and environmental education.  Our skilled and passionate staff work to create and facilitate engaging, accurate, and effective experiences that are accessible and relatable to all Utah students and teachers.  Long-term, we want to become an industry leader in providing and facilitating quality, engaging, effective, and experiential environmental and science education. We need an experienced, adaptable, detail-oriented scientist and educator who excels at creating a positive work environment and managing the details of a dynamic, multi-faceted program with many stakeholders.

Compensation Information

$50,000-65,000.00 including an excellent benefits package.
