Research Assistant

Inform Evaluation & Research is a small consulting firm focused on supporting conservation and science-based organizations, particularly those with informal learning settings. We conduct program evaluation, education research, exhibit evaluation, audience research, and evaluation capacity building to help inform people's practice and maximize delivery on mission. Our clients include zoos, aquariums, nature centers, animal rescue and rehab facilities, museums, universities, government agencies, and other conservation organizations. We have multiple NSF and IMLS supported projects as well as smaller grassroots efforts with the organizations we work with. We see ourselves as collaborators and partners, guiding our clients towards gaining greater understanding of their work while learning from our process. We are seeking a part-time research assistant to join our growing team. Primary responsibilities would include evaluation planning, instrument development, data collection, and data analysis. This is a remote position and can be fulfilled from anywhere in the United States or Canada, though travel may be required from time to time.
