Summary
Join a team of passionate individuals at Charleston's Number One family attraction! Every South Carolina Aquarium employee plays a crucial part in helping us care for sick and injured sea turtles, provide education programming for students, continue critical conservation work and create an exceptional visitor experience.
This position is designed to be an ambassador for the Aquarium through a variety of on-site and off-site educational programs. Duties include participating in offsite outreaches, member programs, supporting daily education and interpretive programs and engaging with guests.
Essential Functions:
- Adhere to the South Carolina Aquarium Policies
- Provide an exceptional visitor experience for all guests
- Engage guests through daily shows, guided tours, and gallery interpretation
- Participate in outreach programs
- Assist in member and community programs
- SCA 1st Responder

Compensation Information
$14 per hour. 30 hours a week. Season runs April-September (Labor Day)
