Immerse yourself in nature on the shores of stunning Lake of the Woods, near Ashland, Oregon! We'll introduce 5th and 6th graders to a world of woods, water, and wonder! Help kids discover fascinating forests, macroinvertebrates in the creek bed, the elements of fire science, and the importance of Leave No Trace. Summary

YMCA Camp DeBoer, located on beautiful Lake of the Woods near Ashland, Oregon, is seeking Field Instructors for Spring Outdoor School! Come share your talents, enthusiasm, and experience through hands-on activities and exploration. Housing, meals, and curriculum provided. Instructors must stay on site ONE evening per 3 to 4 day session. Our season is short, May 9-June 9, but spectacular! Let us know if you have ANY questions.

Compensation Information

$200/day. (3 to 4 days/week) Dates are May 9 - June 9, 2023 (this includes 4 days of training). Housing and meals are provided during the week (none on weekends).
