Spark Montessori has a robust outdoor program that operates out of a beautiful city park in the heart of the Northside of Chicago! Outdoor teachers spend 3 hours or more outdoor each day with children, helping them to develop a love of nature!

Summary

The Lead Outdoor Guide will be responsible for creating and implementing outdoor, nature-based, developmentally appropriate experiences for children. They will facilitate these experiences in our daily Outdoor Program which operates out of Horner Park, every day– in all weather– from 3pm to 6pm. This person will also be present in the Montessori classroom from with planning/flex time and lunch break.

Compensation Information

$17-$20 per hour based on experience.
