Summary: The Trustees seeks candidates excited about environmental education and summer camp for its network of farm, coastal, nature, and art camps in eastern Massachusetts. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions as Camp Educators, Lead Educators, Assistant Directors, Camp Directors, Art & Nature Instructors, Culinary Instructors, and Behavior Specialists are hiring now! Positions:
Do you want to work with an organization at the forefront of saving Massachusetts’ spectacular special places AND work outside educating kids and having a blast this summer? All while gaining valuable work experience in environmental education, outdoor recreation, health and safety, and childhood development; plus acquiring skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership, empathy, and strong work ethic.

Camp staff are seasonal employees who play an essential role at day camps at signature properties of The Trustees, a non-profit conservation organization. Whether you are interested in a summer on a working farm, in the woods, in a sculpture park, in a teaching kitchen, or at the coast, Trustees Camps offer quality education and fun for campers aged 4 to 15.

Camp Educators (Counselors): If you are outgoing, have experience working with children, and are considering becoming an educator, an agriculturalist, an ecologist, an artist, a chef, childcare worker, or other related field, there are exciting options available for Camp Educators at the following day camps in eastern Massachusetts and Martha's Vineyard.

Other Positions: If you have camp experience and look forward to being a Lead Camp Educator, Assistant Camp Directors, Camp Director, Art & Nature Instructor, Culinary Instructor, or a Camp Behavior Specialist this summer, select camps are hiring for these advanced positions.

Trustees Camps has information on the unique location, characteristics, and program of each camp.

Trustees Job Listings provides the details, responsibilities, schedules, and qualifications for positions open at each camp. All applications are through this online portal.
