The Administrative Coordinator will work with the WRFI staff on a variety of administrative duties necessary to maintain and further the mission of the Wild Rockies Field Institute. This position will closely support our Executive Director, Outreach Manager, and Field Education Coordinator. This is a new position in our organization and strong candidates will be willing to co-create and adapt as this role evolves.

Summary

Job responsibilities include financial management, general administrative duties, donor data management, program support, insurance management, and human resource management.

Compensation Information

The Administrative Coordinator will start at 20 hours/week (.5 FTE). Number of hours worked per day and the days of the week worked are flexible. Compensation starts at $17.00/hour, with anticipated increases to $17.75/hour after 6 months and $18.50/hour after one year. Additional performance-based raises are possible, as is the potential for this role to grow to full time. FT benefits include a 100% premium paid healthcare plan, 15 days of paid vacation time, wellness flexibility, and 2 days of Volunteer Time Off; these will be prorated to the FTE of this position (i.e. 20 hrs/wk = 1/2 FTE).
