Summary
The Harpswell Community Nursery School Director ensures that the school’s vision is put into everyday practice, managing the student admission process, communication with the board, families, DHHS, and other involved parties, as well as supervising and developing other members of the teaching staff. The HCNS Director is a hands-on leader for the school and organization and sets the tone as well as executes on the mission statement for the program. Specific duties and responsibilities are outlined below, however the Board is also looking for individuals to help shape and evolve this vision as the school continues to develop.
