Toddler Outdoor Program Lead Guide

Spark Montessori is seeking a Lead Outdoor Guide for our Toddler classroom! We spend every afternoon out at a beautiful public park, allowing our children time to play and explore in nature! Along with our work with children, we also encourage and provide professional development opportunities for all our teachers!  

The Lead Outdoor Guide for the Toddler program will be responsible for creating and implementing outdoor, nature-based, developmentally appropriate experiences for children ages 15 months to 3 years old. They will facilitate these experiences in our daily Outdoor Program which operates out of Horner Park, every day– in all weather– from 3pm to 6pm. This person will also be present in the Montessori classroom as needed, supporting children in gearing-up and transitioning out to the park for the afternoon. The schedule for this position can be flexible, hours are available for part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s need.
