Scout Program Facilitator

The Scout Program Facilitator is a contract position for qualified individuals with general knowledge of Houston wildlife and a passion for working with children. This position offers an opportunity to conduct educational programs which promote and inspire a sense of wonder of the natural world in Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. The Scout Program Facilitator will provide hands-on activities and experiences within the context of scout awards programs. Scout Program Facilitators are responsible for set up of the program, implementation of the program, and cleanup of the room following the program. The curriculum and supplies for the program are provided. Programs involve both classroom activities and outdoor walks and activities.
