Our Guest Experience Team will work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the ability to work shifts on short notice. No prior experience needed – just your love of trees, plants, and people.     
 
Work well in a fast-paced environment where each day is different?  Sell tickets, merchandise, and memberships as a Guest Services Representative.
 
Love to be outdoors?  Orient guests to seasonal attractions as a Canopy Walk & Emergent Tower Monitor. 
 
Are you a natural storyteller?  Lead seasonal Highlights Tram Tours as a Tram Tour Guide.
 
Position Details:

Schedules between 16-40 hours per week
Schedule includes weekends, weekdays, some evenings and holidays
Possible shifts also at Cleveland Botanical Garden in University Circle
Pay between $11.85-$13.00, based on position type

Preferred experience in the following areas helpful, but not required: 

Customer service experience or desire to learn
Knowledge and appreciation of gardening or horticulture
Knowledge of Lake County area
Strong verbal communication skills and interest in working directly with guests
High school graduate or equivalent

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and an acceptable vehicle record
Ability to fluently communicate with guests

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation:

Working outdoors or indoors where the ambient temperature spans 0-100 degrees Fahrenheit
Transporting oneself by foot over a variety of terrain that may be wet, slippery, uneven and/or rocky
Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, pulling, pushing, sitting, grabbing and lifting and carrying
