Summary
The Education Programs Manager works closely with SFWA's Director of Education to coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve SFWA's youth and adult education initiatives, with primary responsibility for managing the My Water, My Watershed (MWMW) program. This role oversees all aspects of program implementation, including classroom instruction, field-based learning experiences, volunteer and intern recruitment and training, staff supervision, curriculum updates, program evaluation, and reporting. The Education Programs Manager collaborates with teachers, students, volunteers, community partners, City of Santa Fe staff, and SFWA team members to provide engaging watershed education experiences that inspire environmental stewardship. The position also supports teacher professional development, the New Mexico Climate Masters course, community outreach events, and other educational programs that advance SFWA's mission.

Compensation Information
$30/hour and after 90 days, benefits include a $50 wellness stipend per pay period, four weeks of flexible PTO (based on average hours worked), and up to 64 hours accrued sick leave annually.
