Lead Teacher

We are a nature-based preschool located in North Raleigh, where our students spend at least 85% of their day outdoors, utilizing indoor classrooms only during severe weather.

We are currently seeking a part-time Lead Teacher (25 hours per week) for a classroom of students aged 3 to 5. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning, teaching, assessing, and guiding students on hikes and outdoor activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in early childhood education and a strong interest in nature-based learning. An interest in earning an Environmental Education Certification is a plus.
