Join the Environmental Nature Center as our Education Programs Manager! We're seeking an exceptional environmental educator and organized leader to recruit, mentor, and inspire our team of Naturalists while helping connect thousands of children with nature each year.

Summary

The Environmental Nature Center (ENC) in Newport Beach, California, is seeking a passionate and collaborative Education Programs Manager to help lead one of Southern California's premier environmental education programs.

This full-time position combines leadership, teaching, and program administration. Responsibilities include coordinating school field trips, Traveling Naturalist programs, Nature Camps, and educational programming at both the ENC and ENC Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary; recruiting, scheduling, training, mentoring, and supervising our team of Naturalists; and occasionally teaching environmental education programs while modeling exceptional instructional practices.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding environmental educator with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills who enjoys mentoring others and ensuring high-quality educational experiences for children and families.
