Full Time Farm Educator

Red Gate Farm Education Center’s mission is to grow children who are hard-working, confident, and kind.
Red Gate Farm believes farming is a powerful and creative tool that supports young people’s 
emotional and social learning. Our school and summer programs are purposefully small, with typically a 1:6 educator to student ratio.  The Farm Educator helps to develop programs, and assists with farm maintenance and operation as needed. This position is designed with many opportunities to learn and grow as an educator in a unique outdoor setting.
