Founding Lead Teacher role in a new nature-based early childhood program in Clayton, NY. This is a full-time, year-round position for an educator who believes deeply in play-based, outdoor, child-led learning and wants to help shape the daily rhythm, culture, and pedagogy of a growing school. The Lead Teacher works closely with the founder to build a Reggio Emilia–inspired program rooted in nature, curiosity, and respect for childhood. Strong emphasis on philosophy and fit over credentials alone, within NYS OCFS requirements.
