Join the Year-Round Program Team on Lake Erie's sunny Camp Fitch YMCA! Our 12mo programs span overnight Outdoor Education trips, retreats, weddings/special events, and our premier overnight summer camp. This opportunity includes the management of camp's ropes elements, training/mentoring of seasonal staff, and collaborating on the management of all aspects of our 425 acre property and its programs. Help us build future camping leaders through programming that makes kids better, forever!

Camp Fitch YMCA is seeking a candidate that possesses ACCT 2 Certification or higher to join the year-round team at Camp Fitch YMCA. This position manages our high and low ropes elements including a challenge course, indoor rockwall, outdoor rockwall, and zipline; ensuring compliance with ACCT and PA Parks requirements. The Adventure Programs Coordinator is an integral part of the Camp Fitch Leadership Team and supports the culture and core values of our organization in every interaction. The ideal candidate will posses excellent communication skills and a passion for teambuilding, staff development, and innovative programming.
