Summary

Delaware Nature Society is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team dedicated to environmental education, conservation, and advocacy. As Program Coordinator you will coordinate delivery of field study, outreach, and overnight environmental education experiences for school and group audiences at Ashland Nature Center and other sites utilized by Delaware Nature Society. Assist with the delivery and day-to-day coordination of summer camp experiences for Ashland Nature Center. Provide support for recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of part-time paid and volunteer instructional staff. Support the development of new programs and activities and ensures program quality and continuity.

Compensation Information

Starting hourly rate of $22.00/hour. This is a nonexempt full-time position with health, dental, paid time off, paid 30-minute lunch break, and employer/employee matched retirement benefits. 40 hour work week.
