Love teaching, learning, and being outside? Spend your summer sharing your passion for the outdoors as a Wolf Ridge Summer Naturalist! You’ll help create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences while building community in a beautiful Northwoods setting.

Pay: $350/week (paid biweekly)

What You’ll Do

Teach high-quality, hands-on classes for all ages (adventure, ecology, sustainability, cultural history)
Prepare and facilitate outdoor programming using experiential learning
Serve as a welcoming point of contact for visiting groups
Support camp operations (gear room, food prep, campfires, transportation, check-in/out, and more)
Work as part of a collaborative, flexible team—and jump in where needed

Who You Are

18+ years old
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR certified by start date
Comfortable teaching outdoors and assisting with high ropes courses and rock climbing
Strong communicator, team player, and eager learner
Interested in ecology, environmental education, and the North Woods ecosystem
