Program Coordinators bring experience to running a specific area of camp, overseeing parts of camp managing specialized high-priority areas:
Unit Leader: The cabins and bunkhouses
Aquatics Coordinator: The lake waterfront, overseeing a team of lifeguards
Adventure Challenge Coordinator: High ropes
Trips & Pack Out Coordinator: Camping Gear & Off-Site Food prep
Conservation Education: running Boater Safety & Hunters Safety classes, running the rifle & archery ranges

General information that applies to all Program Coordinators positions:

Location: Bryant Pond 4-H Camp

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (June to August)

Salary Range: $500-600 per week, for up to 10 weeks, commensurate with experience

Your Work Schedule:

This position works a full summer schedule from June 7 or 13, 2026, to August 13, 2026. This position has 1.5 hrs off each day. Typical camp weeks go from Sunday at 11:00 am to Friday at 2:00 pm. Work beyond the base schedule (outlined above) will receive compensatory time off.
