Wild Roots Nature Based Learning (Fort Wayne, Indiana) is seeking a Montessori Upper Elementary Lead Teacher & Administrative Partner to help launch Wild Roots Montessori School—an inclusive, equity-driven, nature-based learning community opening in August 2026. This role offers the opportunity to lead your own Montessori classroom while collaborating on program design, family engagement, and school leadership. Ideal candidates are passionate about Montessori philosophy, outdoor experiential learning, and creating liberatory, joyful spaces where all children—especially those historically underserved—can thrive.

Compensation Information

$35,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
