Summary

Position Summary

The Guest and Project Coordinator is tasked with coordinating guest services, organizing volunteers, and supporting and promoting ongoing LAR programs. This position dedicates approximately a third of its time to in-person guest and volunteer greetings upon their arrival at the ranch, which hosts over 30,000 guests each year. The remaining time is allocated to outward-facing communication, encompassing, but not limited to, emails to all ranch visitors, newsletter development, social media management, website content creation, lesson plan design, and volunteer recruitment and scheduling. Adaptability is a crucial attribute, requiring the ability to adjust rapidly to changing circumstances.

Our organization is unique, and we are appreciative of the opportunities afforded to us as educators to impart our knowledge on those who visit the ranch. The ideal candidate will integrate into our close-knit staff of six, where relationships extend beyond typical coworker dynamics, fostering mutual support in both achievements and praying for strength through difficulties.
