Summary
As a new and collaborative role, the PMO Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of
Programs (and other directors and managers) to understand existing projects and processes. Success will be
measured by the adoption of standardized project management practices and improved project and program delivery
efficiency. This position will support programs through planning, monitoring, and reporting on the delivery of over
1,000 events annually. Additionally, this role will guide some of our teams through the development of standard
operating procedure (SOP) documentation. To support your success, we will offer comprehensive onboarding,
mentoring, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration as you refine our PMO practices.
The top five functions of the HR role include managing core HR operations and projects, employee relations and
talent management, overseeing compensation and benefits, managing recruitment and staffing, and ensuring
safety and compliance. To that end, this position includes the following tasks and oversight:
● Managing core HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave
management
● Maintaining accurate employee records and HR information systems
● Coordinating recruitment and hiring processes
● Supporting compliance requirements and managing strategic HR initiatives
● Providing HR guidance, support, and direction to staff members and BOP leaders
Compensation Information
$60,000-$70,000 per year
