Summary

As a senior team member, you’ll bring your skills in mentorship, behavior management, and leadership to guide young staff and create a safe, fun environment for kids ages 4-14. Our roles range from Assistant Director of Youth Development, Head Counselor, and Program Staff to specialized positions in arts, outdoor education, sports, and more.
