Summer Camp Director

Highlands Camp and Retreat Center is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and responsible Camp Directors to provide campers with a safe and fun summer camp experience. Camp Directors will be leaders who guide their campers to learn about nature, grow in character, and develop their faith. Directors will work with their team of counselors to supervise campers during the day but will not be responsible for campers during sleeping hours. Separate, private sleeping accommodations will be provided for Directors. Throughout the camp week, you will act as a good role model and caring leader that campers are able to speak to and learn from. Every camper should leave with a renewed sense of connection: connection with self, connection with others, connection with nature, and connection with creation. As a director, you play a strong role in guiding campers and counselors alike.
