Summary
Vashon Wilderness Program is hiring a part-time Administrative Coordinator (AC) to support the management and function of VWP’s ongoing enrollment, infrastructure and fundraising operations.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator (AC) is primarily responsible for coordinating and maintaining all administrative systems and infrastructure. The AC will provide additional support to the Executive Director (ED) in fundraising efforts, and will work closely with our part-time Bookkeeper. Responsibilities may be adapted to align with VWP mission and community needs while utilizing consent-based decision-making with the ED and in consultation with all those impacted by decisions.
Compensation Information
Compensation
- The Administrative Coordinator is a part-time, non-exempt position.
- This contract is September 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025, and is renewable as of each July 1st for a one-year period, subject to performance review.
- The fixed annual salary for the contract period is $9,000.00, with an hourly equivalent of $27/hour.
- Average number of hours per week is 9, and will vary seasonally.
