Field-based work includes: providing technical guidance as necessary and ensuring compliance with MCC policies and procedures. The YPC will assist with leader check-ins, training, evaluations, field support and administrative tasks for youth program leaders (AmeriCorps positions) as directed by the Youth Program Manager.
