Summary
The Youth Education Manager will develop and lead programs that inspire youth across our communities to connect with nature, conservation, and responsible land stewardship. This role is focused on creating meaningful “WOW!” moments in nature, especially for underserved youth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, mission-driven, and comfortable leading groups outdoors while building strong relationships with schools, community partners, volunteers, and families.

Compensation Information
At Big Waters, you’ll join a collaborative and dedicated team working to protect land and water for the benefit of people and nature. Salary starts at $50,000 and is commensurate with experience. Benefits include PTO, medical insurance, 401(k), and optional dental, vision, and supplemental coverage.
