The Education and Youth Fellow will help connect youth with the legacy of conservation through formal and informal programs and interactions. The member will help facilitate best practices of place-based education within a long-term partnership with the local school district supporting teachers and students, pre-k through 12th grade. The fellow will also assist with the ins and outs of program management for youth work crews, summer camps, and other youth interns. One primary responsibility will be coordinating an in-depth 8-week career exploration of the National Park Service for high school interns.

Compensation Information

Living Allowance: The ACE Member is expected to contribute ~40 hours/week and will receive a living allowance of $600/week to offset the costs of food and incidental expenses, dispersed bi-weekly.
