Summary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Google Apps
Organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Primarily based at Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools with potential meetings/interactions/work on all campuses locations
Primarily indoors in an office setting: sitting and standing for long stretches while using a computer
Able to write / type / communicate
Able to drive 15 passenger vans for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)
May be expected to work evenings, weekends or overtime to support special programs/events
Stretches of time outdoors in all weather, including extreme temperatures and arid conditions
Able to bend/stoop/reach and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Program Support and Customer Service
• Process & organize participant forms and registration materials for program participants
• Prepare program materials such as schedules, information packets, and rooming lists
• Respond to phone & email inquiries regarding upcoming programs
• Proofread program materials for print and for website
• Manage shared resources with other departments at TSS
• Provide excellent customer service for participants before and during their program
• Help check in participants, outfit them with gear, orient them to campus, and operate gift shop
• Serve as a logistical point person for participants and guidesduring programs
• Problem solve & quickly amend any issues that arise throughout programs
• Assist Wildlife Director with Multiday program logistic, including but not limited to hotel, dining and activity reservations
• Assist with other Teton Science Schools programs as needed
• Create and edit Wildlife Expeditions program materials such as schedules, information packets, and rooming lists
• Gather specific dietary needs to communicate with kitchen staff and WE admin as appropriate
• Provide support to Operations with multiday program- Familiarized with all multiday specifics to be able to field calls and emails to support
Operations. Problem solve & quickly amend any issues that arise throughout programs
One TSS Responsibilities
• Cross markets TSS programs when opportunities arise.
• Proactively and positively shares the TSS mission and program structure with external stakeholders.
